Pre Order Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Pre Order. This policy lays out what you are eligible for if you change your mind or if an item can not be fulfilled by The Fem Collection.

Pre Orders
When you purchase a pre order item(s), you are buying an out of stock or soon to be available product not yet in our inventory. Full payment is processed at checkout to secure your item and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Out of Stock Pre Orders If the product is an out of stock item, we place orders on the requests of our customers. These items are not eligible for a refund or store credit unless our vendors are also out of stock, in which you will be notified and given the option of a refund or store credit. 

Coming Soon Pre Orders If it's a soon to be available item, these are eligible for a store credit only should you change your mind within 7 days of your purchase date. You can request a store credit here.
