Return Policy

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

Items must be in its original condition, we accept returns and will be able to offer a refund subject to the terms of our returns policy below (which includes rules around fair use). Subject to the below, items can be returned for a refund or online credit note within 30 days of placing your order. Once received, returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Please click here to process a return request after reading our return policy. Occasionally, there may be some delays in processing returns during busy sale periods. Please note - Australia Post standard shipping methods can take between 5-10 working days for your return to be received back to us.

Sale items Items marked as SALE can only be returned for an online credit note (not a refund).

Items purchased during Sitewide Sale Discount Any items purchased during a site-wide sale with a discount code are ineligible for a refund (where the discount is automatically applied at checkout, OR a discount code is manually entered at checkout - ie EOFY Sale. These items can only be returned for an online credit note (not a refund).

Final Sale items Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit note, unless deemed faulty by The Fem Collection. They are last chance styles and will not be restocked. Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to us will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be received within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached.
  • Must not be marked as Final Sale on the website. 
  • Must not be soiled, have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks. 
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder.
  • Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect garment (if supplier is at fault), we will cover the cost of your return postage.  We will not process returns until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

IMAGES OF GARMENTS DISPLAYED

Images displayed of the colour of garments may vary due to computer monitor screen settings, phone display settings and photograph lighting, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT

Items purchased with a gift card or store credit cannot be returned for a refund. A credit note for the amount purchased will be issued to you.


FAULTY ITEMS

If your garment has a fault, please email our customer service team at hello@thefemcollection.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you.
