Same day despatch does not apply to items purchased on pre-order or during busy sale periods.
Any orders placed after 12pm AEST are shipped on the following business day.
We do not ship out orders on weekends or public holidays.

*Delivery timeframes start from when your package is marked as shipped and are based on Australian and New Zealand CBD, metro and major regional areas. DELIVERY INFORMATION
POLICIES AND TERMS
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
MISSING PACKAGES
Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure as we will not be held accountable for any packages that are stolen or missing as a result of the DHL/Australia Post "Safe Drop" method. If you wish to purchase parcel protection and insurance to avoid this from happening, please email us prior to ordering to ensure our team can add this onto your order total.
TRANSIT TIMES
Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and start from when your package is marked as shipped. It does not include weekends or any custom procession delays.
SAME DAY DESPATCH
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on any business day (Monday - Friday) will be despatched on the same day, unless during a busy sale period where your order may take some additional time to despatch. Any orders placed after 12pm AEST are shipped on the following business day. We do not despatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
PRE ORDER DELIVERY
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email hello@thefemcollection.com.au if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent. Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options. DELIVERY DELAYS
During busy sale periods, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of The Fem Collection. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier/Australia Post directly.
